# Using FLUX Pools

Using the farm pools is simple! Navigate to the LIVE pools view. This will show all the available active pools to be farmed from. Each Pool has a native token that is used to Stake and Yield Rewards. You can locate the token type at the top of the farm by ICON and Name.\
\
In the input box that says amount you can enter in the amount of tokens you want to stake and click the stake button. You can withdrawal your staked tokens at any time, and claim your rewards at anytime.
